Story of Origin

I happened upon a heart-shaped stone on the sidewalk one evening. I stopped, was delighted, and took a photo of it. Some days later, I saw another heart-shape and again, I clicked. Then after, I pondered this… I subscribe to the understanding: Seek and ye shall find. So, I wondered, how many of these heart-shapes can I manifest by virtue of simply looking? And how quickly?

Given the auspicious characteristics of the number 8 in some Asian cultures, I set my goal for 88. Everyday, I panned the landscape meditatively. And within a span of eight weeks, I had far exceeded this mark. It turns out naturally occurring heart-shapes are everywhere! Evidence of a friendly universe (or a hostile one, for that matter) presents itself – should you seek it.
